We offer representation through all stages of the planning process: from council negotiations, objections and permission to refusal appeals.
Design
We provide a bespoke service to design your property or extension. This includes the spatial design through to M&E and construction drawings.
Construction/PM
Using either your own contractors or one from our trusted list, GXRE will fully manage the construction/fit out of the agreed design.
Procurement
Our procurement skills are extensive and can cater for all your needs whether they be for services or internal and external fixtures and fittings.
EPC
We provide an EPC as well as advice on how to best improve your rating. We can then complete the advised works and issue a new EPC for free.
Agency & Advisory
We act as both buying and selling agents and are able to introduce clients to institutions and private individuals for investment opportunities.
